ARTICLE 1 – THE PUBLISHER

The editing and management of the publication of the Site are ensured by Nadine Levratto, domiciled at 200 Av. de la République 92000 Nanterre, hereinafter the “Editor”.

ARTICLE 2 – THE HOST

The Site is hosted by the company OVH, whose head office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unplanned interruption which may result in the need for maintenance. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION

The site is exempt from reporting to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) as it does not collect any data concerning users.

Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, modification of all or part of the Site, without authorization from the Publisher is prohibited and may result in legal actions and proceedings as provided for in particular by the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.
